Took my young son up to this shop yesterday for a new phone. Could not recommend these guys highly enough. So pleasant an helpful....chatted to my son...gave him all the phones he wanted look at and try out.. explained everything...very through....extremely professional...would definitely return if I needed anything in the future..

I was quite pleased with their service today. I was on holiday to come back to a broken laptop. All my number keys were stuck and not working. I could not even write my password to log in. This was very frustrating and it got worse as another shop kept my laptop for almost a week without fixing it after agreeing it over 6 pounds in repair. I walked in today and it took them less than five minutes to sort it out. I was given an external keyboard for twenty five pounds. Funny, I gave them a negative review a few weeks ago, but I think it is who you are dealing with at the shop. While Craig has always been very kind, smart and helpful another worker, who I did not see today and works there was less so in every sense. I was determined never to go back, but I am glad that I had to.

Very approachable people, ready with expert advice. I took a phone in for a replacement screen expecting to pay £99, they advised it wasn't that serious and recommended a gel cover repair for protection, cost £15. Definitely recommend.

Wife left her phone into a another phone shop in the town for a new screen. When she got it back she couldn't hear anyone when they rang, she decided to take it to gadget exchange (she's always used them in the past) turns out the other phone shop didn't put her speaker back in and the other speaker was full of glue. The boys in gadget exchange had the phone sorted within 30mins. Lesson learnt don't use anyone other than gadget exchange, turns out the new screen that was put on in fix phone Banbridge isn't a genuine Samsung one.
