My Sales Consultant was knowledgeable & answered all my queries confidently. She advised when asked what frames suited best. Thank-you Sharon. It is so nice to get the service that is not widely given in retail shops today.

I had my annual review recently and, as usual, Michael was extremely thorough, taking time to explain everything. He is very polite and friendly. All the staff are helpful and do all they can to ensure that you have the best customer service possible. There is a real family feeling and I would recommend Fairbairn Opticians to anyone. Everyone have thought that my Varifocal's were absolutely wonderful especially the transition lences.. transition lences are wonderful sunglasses in themselves and I find driving Day or night they seem to stop glare and make everything crystal clear in sunlight and nighttime driving i could not believe how wonderful they truly are. If you can't afford sunglasses with your Varifocal's most definitely recommend the transition lences I was elated at the cover they give you to protect your eves. . Had to add an update as I was truly amazed with green frames and green lences. People how wonderful they look when in the sunlight.. all this was recommended by the staff. Best money I have ever spent. Regards James.
