Staff at counter were so slow hardly had a clue what they were doing and their appearance very untidy. The whole place was scruffy from tables to flooring. One disabled toilet in use was absolutely disgusting one of the guys who was serving went in to clean it without gloves and proceeded to go back to serving customers. I dont know what he actually cleaned because place still filthy after he came out.
I will never enter this establishment again and would be very interested to see what the hygiene rate currently is. Would need a whole deep clean

The disabled toilet in this Costa was absolutely disgusting. It appeared to be the only lavatory for the public. I could go in to detail but I'll save you from it. Suffice to say it is in dire need of a thorough steam cleaning especially around the bowl and seat. An utter health hazard.
