I'm inclined to agree with the previous poster. I have accompanied several relatives to appointments at this location and each time we had the misfortune of having to deal with the same uncaring and generally unpleasant individual. If you weren't feeling bad when you walked in you almost certainly will when you leave. It's a shame you can no longer call in to any CAB of your choice as there are definitely way better, not to mention friendlier, advisors out there. At this point we will simply stay well away.
