Visited here with my wife, as she wanted to do a bit of shopping, and check out the sketchers shop, as well as a lot of other shops in-between.
Decided to have a quick bite to eat, and decided on burger king, on waiting to be served, by a friendly and helpful member of the counter staff, I noticed one of the back staff drop some items of food, and after looking around and maybe realising he was being observed, bent down and picked up what I could see one piece of the dropped food.
Not sure if there was any other, as the piece of which I saw was then despatched to the waste bin.
That being said, after picking up the soiled piece of food and putting it in the bin, I was surprised to observe that the gentleman didn't then think hygiene, and wash his hands straight after. But went on to prepare and serve up food for consumption.
I also noticed that the burgers were taken out of a freezer and put onto a grill for cooking or heating, by yes hand, no gloves, raw flesh ?, but on mentioning all of this or that, I have now decided not to indulge in what I always enjoyed, the burger king ?, due to a simple observation and a lack of wanting to be the best from the above mentioned.
The burger itself was not up to the standard of which burger king was yesteryear, and I know some will say wind your neck in and what do you expect, as it's fast food and all that.
But what I expect is quality, and more so from fast food, as if it's too much to be hygienic, then that's too little an excuse for serving the public.
As the public are the reason why places like burger king exist.
Hopefully things will improve, but each has an experience to share, and that's mine.

My wife works in the outlet. Every now and then we meet for lunch and rarely we get Burger King as the choice for lunch. However, every single time we order something from this store I ask for my burger to come without cheese and every single time it comes with cheese. It so frustrating as the service takes so long which I wouldn?t mind but we don?t have the time to go back in and get it rectified, as her lunch would be over.
Very annoying. Chips are nice

Watched people who came in after me get there food before me while my food was sitting for over 10 mims getting cold. Then the supervisor was rude to me when I asked to check the food as it had been sitting sitting long and the burgers were not warm. I asked for them to be changed and was met with redness and was told I had to wait . Worst customer service I've received.

Not clean enough, burger without cheese, need to say if you wanna cheese, that?s extra, but no body asked you wanna cheese or not! That?s last time, never come back!

If I could add more stars I would. Came in with my family and had to leave a review. As a general manager of a UK/ROI fast food chain, I think this place shows impeccable management. The premises are very clean, very organised. The staff show excellent customer service, too. Joshua looked after us and a blonde girl was also looking after our meals. She was lovely! The manager was always on top of everything as well. Standards and procedures followed and the food was hot and delicious. Thank you so much!

The staff are so lazy and don't even bother about the customers, even if the place is empty they take too long to prepare your order, not recommend

I ordered a plain whopper coke zero and tangy cheese chicken fries the drink machine wasnt working so had to get a can the chicken fries didnt even taste like tangy cheese but the burger was delecious

Avoid at all cost
Came here with my son, it wasn't overly busy, I ordered a double whooper meal and kids chicken nuggets meal, it took our meal 20 minutes to arrive, while waiting employees friends arrived twice and asked for free burgers to which they got while myself and rest of paying customers waited for food, when I eventually got our order it was wrong and food was cold, iv never been to worse run place in my life and clearly the staff hadn't the first notion on how to run the place either, I asked for a full refund and left. Iv been to many different Burger kings and this is the absolute pits, train your staff and serve paying customers before your school friends ?

Cold & drafty building. Anytime I pass, there is barely a soul in there.The food is ok but takes a while as only the bare minimum number of staff have been hired, which is probably down to the place being empty most of the time.They don't have a drinks machine (probably again down to not having enough customers to warrant filling the machines) so you get a can with any sized meal; which is a rip-off. Buy a large meal, you should get a large drink, not a 330ml can.I feel sorry for the staff because all these issues mentioned are down to the management/owner making these decisions. Must be a dreadful place to spend hours of your life making a living.
