Receptionist with short grey hair, very rude, didn?t seem to want to help at all, therefore making the atmosphere very unwelcoming and uncomfortable. You?d think a friendly and helpful receptionist would be a better face to meet as soon as you walk in

I had an appointment to see a rheumatologist at Banbridge Health & Care Centre. I was amazed at the level of care and treatment I was given. The Consultant had a sense of humour and actually knew what he was doing. He was very thorough and I didn?t feel like I was a hindrance or a burden. He left me feeling confident that he was going to find the cause of my pain.Thanks to Christine, Pamela and Margaret for your kindness and care.Also thank you to the 2 young Ladies in X-ray.Thank you to everyone that helped me today ???
