I had an awful experience with this business. I called my order in from the U.S. on Saturday. It was 1pm U.K time. They close at 5.. I asked could they do the delivery for that day... Wasnt sure but would try. I stated how important it was .. later that night I found out the flowers werent delivered. I contacted the store owner, who told me, yes, they were. And continued with, she expected some sort of gratitude from me having taken the order at such short notice. It was 1pm!!! I then called another store to make a new order when I received word from my friend that the flowers that were supposedly delivered on Saturday, had now shown up at his door. Contacted the owner again, only to hear, I hope you're happy now that the flowers have heen delivered to the correct address. Seriously?? That was it. So either SHE screwed up, or she didnt deliver any flowers on the Saturday. Such a rude woman. Never again!!
