This shop does not do refunds , regardless if the merchandise is faulty , took days of communication with owner and managers all to be told no refunds after them acknowledging specific products have been returned before with same issue

Big thanks to all the staff at John Street Spar. Sent them my shopping list via messenger this morning and groceries were delivered to my door by 5pm. They have a card machine in the van as well so no need for cash. Great service when shopping local guys. Even got calpol as well!!

Certainly not closed but now Eurospar not Spar. Nice friendly staff. Butcher in store also post office. Lot of ready meals some made in house. Plentiful bakery section.

I fone my order,into Glebeside every Thursday,for Friday -up. Not only are the staff pleasant,but,they have VERY good product knowledge. I worked in small,community Supermarkets for almost 22yrs,therefore I have certain 'expectations',of Glebeside. The 'mantra',we always adhered to,as do the staff in Glebeside,that... "YOUR CUSTOMER IS THE... MOST IMPORTANT PERSON TO WALK THROUGH YOUR DOOR". Then... the unexpected thing is... 'The Tesco Price Match'. So... we can do all our shopping in one place. The members of staff know their customers by name+sometimes they even 'know' my order better than I do!!! On occasions,because I'm often unable to get into the shop,they suggest some 'lines' that they think I might be interested in. Nothing is too much trouble. Also the 'BOSSES',Davy+Sam Smyth,have a presence on the shop-floor,too!!! One thing I should mention,at this juncture... we actually live in Portstewart... what else can I say... ?
