Contacted complete gyms after looking for a legit, secure site! He was able to source a leg extension that was required for a busy gym, he conditioned the equipment, sent a full video and photos of it working, and it arrived from Ireland to Bristol (England) within 4 working days of payment! Sent tracking numbers and contact details of delivery, cannot recommend this company and Rob enough, after 13 years of owning a gym, I have never experienced as high standard as I have with complete gymsHighly recommended

I took advantage of a fantastic sale at Complete Gyms and bought a Nordictrack S15i spin cycle. I was informed there would be a delay in transit but Robert McComb kept me up to date with what was going on all the way through. He put me in touch with the couriers who delivered when they said they would so I'm really happy all round! The bike is fantastic and I can thoroughly recommend both Complete Gyms and Nordictrack.

I bought a treadmill off this company for £599. I thought it would be safe enough getting off a local company and they also said they are a better make than a treadmill from the like of Argos. A month after buying my treadmill it has stopped working :-( yes it?s under warranty but another 2months later I?m still waiting on getting it fixed by the warranty company. I feel that the aftercare service isn?t as good and wish now I had went to Argos as they would take back a faulty product after a month or it might be still working after a month. Very disappointed***update*** it?s now the end of January and still no treadmill fixed. £599 wasted!!
