I ordered something from Utility Bear, I was informed it had been dispatched and they took payment. Several days later I received a parcel, addressed to myself, however the item and invoice were not mine or what I had ordered. I contacted Utility Bear raising three questions. This item I had received would need to be redirected to the rightful customer, how was this to be done?Where was my order?Did they realise they had breached data protection as I had received the name, address and telephone number of the person whose order I had received which made it likely that someone else had received my personal information if my parcel had been sent to another customer?In answer to my first question they said they would send me a prepaid return slip, I asked if it had to be printed off as I don?t have a printer. I was told it did have to be printed off and not given an alternative option for return.In answer to my second question when asked where my parcel had gone, I was told he would look into it and call me back, this was yesterday and I still have heard nothing.In answer to my third question about breach of data protection there was no acceptance or concerns demonstrated. I did suggest Trading Standards might need to be informed.

Went a little further with the customer service by phoning me up with a question regarding my order. Miles better than other places I've ordered from. Well packed, attention to detail. Recommend and will use again, many thanks

Very helpful when I thought I needed to return an item however decided to keep in the end. It felt nice to deal with a company that responds fast without delay.
