We got a lighting socket on a tow bar replaced today while we waited. The service was first class. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful.We were shown to a lovely cosy waiting room where we were able to make tea, coffee etc. There even were biscuits and crisps and a TV and heater.This place and service is exceptional!

Our new Hyundai Kona hybrid received its new towbar today. Fitted, wired and ready for the road in less time than expected also at a very very reasonable price. As a customer I was treated very well and waited in the comfortable waiting area.Most definitely I would recommend Tommytowbar to anyone needing a towbar.Also came with lifetime warranty and free yearly check. Excellent service, just drop them a line, they sort out what you need, provide options, booked in pretty promptly, lovely waiting area and quality work. Annual check of towbar included and explained how to look after it and workings. Had a few towbars fitted over the years but differential here is the service and know how. Would recommend. Volvo XC60 removable towbar and 13 pin electrics plus 7 pin adapter thrown in.

Fantastic service on the day I got my detachable towbar fitted. However I am leaving positive review today (three months later) because I had to ring them and see about getting a replacement key for my towbar. They were only too happy to help, and even posted it out that day to my home address. Fantastic service even months after the towbar was fitted and the money paid.
