Great food but the staff doesn't really listen to your requests regarding payment.... I have asked for a footlong on it's own and a salad meal deal and the footlong was put as the meal.... I have only seen it after I left ?

Ordered on the app, went to collect and staff were almost hostile when I said I was collecting. Food was an absolute mess inside the package, both footlongs fell apart. Would not be back.

I hadn't had a subway in absolute ages and took a while notion of one. The food was delicious but the staff seemed under a lot of pressure. Was school kicking out time and it was packed. Despite this the food came quick enough and the staff were pleasant. Definitely more staff needed though for busier times. (There were 3 on when I went)
Parking: Parking isn't usually a problem and it's free.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible.

Clearly the staff are not fully trained, or just don't care!!! Order taken, sub filled and toasted, then it's left to sit for nearly 10 mins before it reaches the till where it's wrapped!!! One cold sub!!!! When I asked the girl behind the counter, was the sub still warm, she proceeded to stick her finger in it and replied "yes" with a grunt! This has got to be one of the worst places in terms of staff and customer service.

Staff in this subway are well below average compared to otheres. The team leader is the worst. Stops making your food to have a conversation with her staff for about 5 minutes then forgets what she was doing before hand. Also as soon as you have told the staff what bread you want they are calling you down to pay. Dont understand why such a big rush. The shop is also ment to close at 9 but they have the floor moped at about half 8 most nights ive been in, would make more sense to do that once actually closed.

Paper was stuck to a large area of ??the sandwich. Sandwich was wet and soft. Disgusting.

Spent about 50£ on 4 footlong. All were still frozen, not cold....frozen had to order lunch again... Even if u don't train your staff u should be able to know that frozen food is uneatable. Clearly u don't care.Shame on u guys.

The food is nice, but the people working rush and try to get you out as soon as possible.Vegetarian options: Overall there's a great selection of veggies and sauces to choose from. There's also a list of all available ingredients for you to check if you aren't sure of anything.Also, dude, you make the sandwich. If there's meat on it you ordered it /:Parking: Shares a parking lot with a few other businesses including a McDonalds, so it's often very hard to find parkingDietary restrictions: They have gluten-free bread, but it's more expensive. On the plus side, it's *nice* gluten-free bread, which is a rarity

I was unimpressed with todays visit as the app said I had enough points for a free side, upon arrival at the till the un native woman then told me I didn?t have enough points for a free side meaning I was unable to purchase the other items I ordered, the woman then told me I had no option and had to buy it although I didn?t have enough money, she then scoffed at me and give dirty looks and threw the item I was unable to afford behind her it was unpleasant customer service

Hey subway ballymena I usually never complain about service at all in any places as myself has worked in the same environment as subway but I can?t help myself but to complain about the service last night in the subway at the pentagon I came in at 8:53 last night and your subway closes at 9 pm whoever was moping the floor said to me sorry we are closed and I replied back kindly do you not shut at 9pm the girl whenever moping the floor looked to her mate that was working and basically gave me the vibe that she was being negative and couldn?t be bothered severing me I said ?just leave it? and walked out the attitude of whoever was moping the floor was stinking and you can look at the cctv to prove I came in at that time. I get it that it?s a Sunday night and you all want to wrap up early and would be different if it was 1 minute to nine but if you say you shut at 9 means you close at 9 ? Very disappointed
