The staff here are exemplary, especially the young boy who looks after cleaning the tables he is so lovely and works super hard! Other stores in fairhill would benefit from training from him on customer service! ??

If you don?t like Starbucks, this won?t change your mind, but it?s the first Starbucks I?ve been in that is spotless. Generally, there?s usually trays and cups lying around with sticky floors. This one is actually clean and the staff are very nice.

I'd usually go to Starbucks when in the town but this time I got a delivery as I wasn't well enough to head out (not long after surgery). Everything was fantastic! The food was hot. The pastries were fresh. The drink was filled to the rim and perfectly made! I will definitely get a delivery again!

Very very slow

I have initially been coming in with crutches after surgery and the staff could not be kinder carrying my order to my table. I come in several times a week and I always find the staff pleasant, and I have never seen the toilet locked.

Coffee never hot enough and pretty weak

Stood for nearly 10 minutes to place an order. Only one customer in front of me and none behind me. The girl member of staff was too busy chatting up the other customer. Decided to vote with my feet and went somewhere else for a coffee. Won't be back.
