I have been with this branch for many years and always had great professional service up until today?.!The young, inexperienced girl was so abrupt, and ill mannered, I walked out of the shop disgusted and shocked that they have employed her?.!Went to another Opticians within the mall and received EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.Specsavers has just lost a loyal customer thanks to the rude abrupt brat that spoke to me.

On entering the store I was greeted by a lovely lady who took my details and we had a little joke between us, being very tall I bent down to hear the ladies questions as I explained "deaf as well as blind" which in fact is mildly true. My bum had barely taken a seat and another young lady had me whisked away for my examination, again a very pleasant young lady. Directly from this yet another young lady, smiling and very pleasant took me to my diagnosis, in fact she was the Optician. Outstandingly professional, she listened to my concern and diagnosed a condition I have developed. Very thoroughly went through the findings of my earlier tests giving me assurance on the condition of my sight. Truly 5 star wonderful experience.

Excellent service from the initial phone call to the appointment. Janine took my call and sorted my appointment and my optician, who's name has escaped me were both excellent. I was not made to feel stupid for my problem and was made feel very welcome. Highly recommend to everyone

Absolutely great place, this was my first time here and I found the staff very helpful and knowledgeable. There were a great selection of frames to choose from and the member of staff was very helpful and efficient. I would recommend Specsavers Ballymena 100%.Very happy with my new glasses and will definitely go here again.

I took my mother to specsavers with very painful eyes after being pushed from pillar to post between gp and another opticians. Adam saw mum and was so kind and patient with her and got her sorted out super fast! We are so greatful for everything he did.

On a pharmacist's advice I sought an appointment today at Specsavers, Ballymena. The service I received was first-class both from the optical assistant and the optician. Both friendly, thorough, caring and reassuring. Thank you, Specsavers, Ballymena.

Had an eye test after many years. Andrew done all the testing & was very helpful with my queries. Once this was finished Amy explained things further & was very patient whilst helping me pick my lenses.Great job you guys! I can't wait to collect my glasses next week.

Lovely folk, quick and friendly service. I had lost a nose pad off my glasses, they replaced both nose pads, cleaned and checked how they sat for me, all with me just walking in. Fabulous.
