I was charged a few times. The room didn't have proper ventilation, with only one window that didn't open fully. The air was stuffy, so could not sleep well. There was no AC or any vents. Spiders in the room. The receptionist was rude. I was told that Breakfast starts at 7am, I came early and was told that its only snacks before 8am.

We had our wedding here last year and the service was exceptional as my wife lost her bouquet of flowers and the staff located them straight away, nothing on the day was too much trouble and we can't fault anything, every guest commented on how amazing the food was and how attentive the hotel staff were. We would like to thank Catherine the wedding co-ordinator for all her hard work on the day as everything went perfectly despite some last minute adjustments.

Husband has been in hospital since April, literally paralysed. (We have full evidence to prove this) Have (understandably) had to cancel our wedding as he has been admitted for over 2 months now. Living off one salary. Had to cancel wedding, understandable that wedding contracts exist, however they are still adamant they want 75% of full wedding cost. No offer of reduction given the very real, very scary life circumstances we are facing. Absolutely no compassion or empathy considering our circumstances. Shame on you, Leighinmohr

Treated to afternoon tea today by my daughter and son in law for my birthday although he had to stay at home ?. Form the minute we stepped through the front door we were treated so well. Showed to our table and served very quickly. Our food was served by a young gentleman gentleman who was obviously so well trained. He answered our question very knowledgeably. Our food tasted amazing,the soup was so tasty and the scones beautiful. My favourite sweet treat by far was the passion fruit meringue. Thank you for a very special day. We will be back

We visited today for afternoon, we had never been here before but loved every moment of our tea.
The hotel is gorgeously decorated, so bright and clean. We were directed into the restaurant and given a table. The lovely staff took so much time to explain the afternoon tea menu and made sure to reassure my mum that they were catering to her vegetarian diet.
We started with a cup of soup each. Both soups were just delightful, so flavoursome and homely. Then came out tea trays with such a beautiful assortment of foods. I was delighted that mum had received vegetarian versions of the main menu, as many places pile on the same bland sandwiches. Here, mum got a veg sausage roll and quiche which were delicious.
After our tea we enjoyed a lovely walk around the grounds.
I couldn't recommend the afternoon tea more- what a brilliant day out!
