Today I got shock to the staff in the counter he is wearing white shirts especially I?m with my son , he told me can you see I?m in the phone, very unfriendly, I often shop in JD Ballymena

Staff are shocking in JD in ballymena, very unfriendly. I have had many experiences with the staff, as you have to find them before they would come and help you, this is not the way staff should be greeting customers, therefore this is disgraceful.

Was in here the other day to get trainers asked Darren to get me a size 5 and he walked off and never bothered to get them after 20 mins some other fella got me them really bad service Darren if u couldn't leave the till why where u at the front door off the shop disgusting
