Needed a bike fixed (chain rail- bike not purchased in the shop)- was told it would be ready in 3 weeks. No feedback after the ?est ready date?. I called in and they had not started, had not ordered the part and eat another 3-4 weeks. No communication and staff did not care and were rude.Not impressed and not likely to return

Store is well laid out and and easy to negotiate. Products were easy to locate. Staff very pleasant, helpful and efficient, making the whole transaction and interaction a straightforward process. Couldn?t recommend the sales assistant highly enough as he made my shopping experience a delight. Thank you.

After purchasing this online and the store showing availability. I was contacted by the store the next day before collection, to be told that there are none in stock and if I ordered it could be 7 days before it came into store. Come on, get your stock upto date.

I went there to buy a bulb and I ve got a free check up , tyres fixed , bulb changed and they were very nice. Being an woman who doesn't know many things about cars , i was so happy for what they did to my car , that helped me a lot . I am very grateful i went to them ,also before i got home it was police checks on my area and i was so happy that my lights were good now . Thank you HAFORDS BALLYMENA! I forgot to mention that i had also my baby with me and the guy who fixed my car was fast and polite.

I needed a replacement battery for my car. Halford?s did not stock it. Euro Car Parts did stock it but didn?t have a fitting service. I bought the battery from Euro Car Parts and brought it to Halford?s for fitting. The staff were very good. I went for a coffee while the battery was fitted. I paid £20 for the fitting but when I got home I turned the radio on. I couldn?t get any service. The radio system asked for a connection code. During the battery fitting Halford?s must have disconnected my radio access. This is not a good service.

Terrible as i was in the store yesterday inquiring about the roof bars and rails..the staff mem was doing EVERYTHING in his power 2 stop me from purchasing and GETTING FITTED instore..even telling me that there was a further 20% discount 2 b appied today (wed)!!! So i called back 2day ..surprise NO 20% to b seen..then tells me no fitting till 2morro..STAFF TRAINING REQUIRED in BMENA.. Never experienced this in ANY other store..

What can I say? Exceptional service, as always.Mark was, once again, professional and prompt in fixing my bicycle.I brought it in for a single gear cable fix at 6pm on Thursday...to be called by him at 10am Friday saying it was ready to collect. For me, someone who uses my bike as part of my 5 day a week commute, this was amazing news, as I didn't have to hoof it 2 miles instead of cycling for a few days. Very efficient indeed.Overall it was an excellent experience with no stress at all.Thanks, Mark. I'll be back again for sure.

I though this was a cycle repair shop, i just needed a simple gear shifter replaced, but was told to take it where i bought it, but there happy to put punture proof in my bike ages ago at a high price, very shocked a bike repair shop that only fixes carerras they sell? Not be back, terrible service AVOID

I went into Halfords in Ballymena this morning to buy a dash cam front and rear. Having worked in retail most of my life the only thing I can say is ?how are they still in business? the attitude of the staff was nothing like I ever experienced before. I walked out and a guy I?ve known for many years said to me ?don?t waste your time going in there? I knew exactly what he meant. I went to Argos and spent £239.98. Obviously Halfords don?t need ordinary customers like me. I?ll never visit that shop again and I will discourage anyone I know from visiting it. Gone are the days when customers were important to businesses

I was so impressed with the staff at the Ballymena store, i went into the store to collect a bike for my grand daugter and purchase a child?s helmet for her.The man was so helpful and gave good advise about the bike purchased. All the staff were friendly and chatty.Just so nice to experience such good customer service.

Was at Ballymena store recently for 2 x replacement headlight bulbs. Fitted very quickly by Michael who was extremely professional.
