Was a decent shopping centre. New number plate recognition parking system is so awful and creates queues to pay even when the fairhill isn't busy, Will be an absolute nightmare at Christmas! Would be a good system if it actually worked, puts me off going here.

Great place to shop but the new parking system is a waste of time as doesn't accept coins only card payments which isn't handy for elderly people

The Fairhill Shopping Centre centre is quite average. You can?t really spend a long time in this shopping centre as there isn?t a huge amount of shops. Although the shops they do have are quite good like the large m&s next. The Fairhill has improved over the past while and I believe it is still continuing to with the pop up shops. The food court is quite poorly as there is only subway and Burger King but luckily the wildflower bakery is down stairs which helps a lot. Over all this shopping centre is okay but wouldn?t travel a huge distance to it.

Most awkward place to get in and out of...the ticket machine first cars is on a sloooooooope and that is difficult to use...Also should be free to encourage custom

Good shops, good atmosphere and cleaning bathrooms. Parking only accepts cash. If you want to pay with a card do that at the barrier.

I usually go in by the Thomas street entrance but I'm always met with a wall of smoke from Cafe Nero. Puts me off the shopping experience
