“Great place to pick up physical media at low prices if you're not totally on the streaming train. 2nd hand electronics are more expensive than eBay, but at least you have the assurance of a two year warranty should they develop issues. Decent sized store with an ample range of DVDs Blu-rays and CDs. Lots of used mobile phones, tablets games systems and games etc”

“For me the guys in store were pragmatic, helpful and professional. A credit to Halfords... However, when buying or ordering things online for store pickup, the centralised call centre and live chat are utterly rubbish, not to mention the customer service in some things that are also centralised at head office (like getting blood out of a stone). Avoid the website and come into store.”
