NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY... After placing an order totaling over £15, I asked if I could have some warm water to prepare my baby’s bottle. To my surprise, the staff refused, citing policy, which left me in a difficult and uncomfortable situation as a parent.

Very lovely cafe to be in, wonderful lady served me, unfortunately I didn't look for a name tag so I'm unsure of her name. I decided to get her something and she came over and gave me a hug which brought a few tears to my eyes, what a wonderful lady. Thank you for serving me today! <3
