“I was asking about opening an account for son who has a learning disability. The young man in the ballymena branch was very helful,welcoming and knowledgeable. I also had left my keys behind while I was talking to him and he knew me the minute I came back to the branch and got them for me. Lovely young man a credit to you !!!”

“I genuinely feel sorry for this wonderful set of staff as they are always understaffed. This must be one of the busiest branches of Nationwide as anytime I come in it has a queue of people waiting to be served. My 5 stars is for the staff I give those in managemant, who allow this level of stress for staff and customers, a very blatant 1 star. Disgraceful management -I have been a customer for over 20years.”
