I had a F30 BMW 320i in with them last week for a new timing chain and they got it changed for me no problem. They didn't make a fuss and talk it up to be a big job like some other mechanics, they just got on with it which is hard to come by now adays.Overall great people and very professional, will be recommending to anyone!”

“For me the guys in store were pragmatic, helpful and professional. A credit to Halfords... However, when buying or ordering things online for store pickup, the centralised call centre and live chat are utterly rubbish, not to mention the customer service in some things that are also centralised at head office (like getting blood out of a stone). Avoid the website and come into store.”

Helped me without hesitation when other garages wouldn’t, others refused to do the work simply because I needed a big job doing on an older vehicle. Most garages prefer easy services on newer cars, but Car Kerr don’t seem phased by any job big or small, new or old. I’ve an older Jeep and a newer Audi and both will be coming here for services, maintenance and general repairs from now on. “Fast, efficient and professional. At the start of the year my car was in with another mechanic for 10 weeks as they struggled to get in the parts etc. Being out in the middle of nowhere without a car isn't a choice so although I knew the car needed work I had put it off for as long as I could (which isn't recommended, I know!). I came across S.E Auto's Ni online and left the car in with Sean the following week. After a quick chat about my concerns, Sean said he would give it a proper look over to make sure everything was safe & sound. He checked over the car the next day & got in touch to advise me of the work, cost & time it would take to complete. I had the car home within 10 days (sooner but I didn't make it up to him before that). As soon as I was behind the wheel I could immediately feel the difference. She's never felt so good to drive!! I still can't believe the difference. Brilliant service, does what he says he will do and is very fair with the price. I couldn't recommend S.E Auto's Ni more. Thanks Sean!”

“We got a lighting socket on a tow bar replaced today while we waited. The service was first class. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful.We were shown to a lovely cosy waiting room where we were able to make tea, coffee etc. There even were biscuits and crisps and a TV and heater.This place and service is exceptional!”
