“For me the guys in store were pragmatic, helpful and professional. A credit to Halfords... However, when buying or ordering things online for store pickup, the centralised call centre and live chat are utterly rubbish, not to mention the customer service in some things that are also centralised at head office (like getting blood out of a stone). Avoid the website and come into store.”
“I don't normally post reviews, but I have to compliment Nigel Whann ARC for the excellent service I received. My relatively new BMW suffered cosmetic damage in stormy weather requiring a complete respray of the roof. I received a very competitive quote and the car was book in straight away. The receptionist and the estimator were both very friendly and helpful. I was offered a lift to the train station after leaving my car. When I picked it up today, it was in showroom condition. Not only was the repair carried out to an extremely high standard, but the car had received a valet inside and out. It was well worth the journey from Belfast to Ballymena for 5* service all round.”
