Placed order at 5.00pm. It is now 7.00pm and still no food. Rang at 6.30 and was told order had left and would be with me in 10mins. Obviously that was untrue. Very poor way to run a business. Very disappointed.

Called in yesterday at 4pm after shopping nearby , new opening hours very welcome ( 4pm- 11pm). Ordered Happy Meal A and in was brought to me in less than 9 minutes. Hot , fresh and extremely tasty. Pleasant staff and high food hygiene rating. Only downside to me would be the interior , faded price offer signs , beside a lovely new Menu ! And 20% off your first online order !
Best Chinese in North Ballymena . The beef curry is delicious.

Food is great but the service is shocking, continuously very late on delivery, 3hrs late tonight, no apology or explanation why etc, take phone off hook most nights too.

Their beef should come with a Dr.Martens logo stamped on it, came with about 20 pieces, tried 3 and all were like the sole from a boot, chips were freezing, ordered marked as delivered 15 mins before it arrived. Wouldn't be near it again, most of the food went in the bin.

Order from here all the time. Food is always good and delivery quick. Ordered from here last night as usual. My daughter gave the delivery driver a tenner too much. We hadn't realised yet. But the delivery driver came back with the tenner. Very honest he was. Thank you

Took over an hour and a half to be delivered, chips were soggy and Luke warm, bbq chicken with bean sprouts was awful, chicken was like cardboard, no bbq sauce, and stone cold. Tried ringing but kept getting voicemail.

I would like to start by saying I was appalled by the quality of the food sausages tasted like they were a year old rice was sticky. I would further like to add that they forgot to give me my portion of salted chilli chicken. If your are looking for a good Chinese in ballymena DO NOT GO HERE. my mate has a serious dose of food poisoning after eating of of here last night really do not recommend

Waited 2.5hrs for delivery, and phoned to cancel, hadn't even started making the order. Ordered at 6.30pm, got a notification it was ready for delivery at 8.20pm and i phoned to cancel at 9.15pm. Ridiculous

The costumer service is completely shocking! Some young girl answered the phone was rude, ignorant, cheeky not paying to attention and in the end got the order wrong. The fact that it took me 3 times to reiterate to her about the order and yet she still managed to mess it up aswell as hanging up the phone in a rude manner. Food overall was nice just service is a disgrace
