Placed order at 5.00pm. It is now 7.00pm and still no food. Rang at 6.30 and was told order had left and would be with me in 10mins. Obviously that was untrue. Very poor way to run a business. Very disappointed.

Called in yesterday at 4pm after shopping nearby , new opening hours very welcome ( 4pm- 11pm). Ordered Happy Meal A and in was brought to me in less than 9 minutes. Hot , fresh and extremely tasty. Food is great but the service is shocking, continuously very late on delivery, 3hrs late tonight, no apology or explanation why etc, take phone off hook most nights too.
