Absolutely Disgraceful should be NO stars. My daughter who has learning difficulties waited at least 45 mins and a lady jumped in front of her who was not in the queue and got served right away . Then when it was her turn to be served she was told she wasn't in the queue and she had to join it even though she was. She was in tears and it ruined her Christmas.The customer service needs to urgent attention and will NEVER be back?

Came instore today to buy a gold nomination bracelet along with my mother n law & my baby daughter . Waited about 15mins before anyone could help us. Eventually went to the nomination counter, the assistant that was there young girl long brown hair who served us had a terrible attitude she made us feel so out of place was not willing to help in any way when we asked about could we buy a gold nomination bracelet where she proceeded to say we don't do that it's link only and how many links do u want as we didn't know how many links really as it was present for my mother but proceeded to stand and look at us instead of willing to help us with counting links or any help would have been appreciated, as me and my mother & law both bought are nominations from there and family circle, it was never a problem to buy the bracelat then charms separate it has obviously changed which she could have told us but instead made us feel uncomfortable. I continued to say we will come back another time as she wasn't any help and walked out, I was willing to buy bracelet with at least four charms so she has lost my custom and I will never be in the shop again as I'm in for every occasion to buy family jewellery etc and from today onwards I will no longer shop in argento Ballymena.

Currently as a customer isn?t allowed to try any thing on In store because of Covid my mother was told by the employees that u could purchase and try on at home and return again....so she bought a necklace and didn?t like it on and went into return it today only to be told sorry no refund policy, only exchange .... differently wasn?t told this at time and especially when u can?t try the things on it is completely ridiculous that they won?t give a refund . Do not recommend .....

Just to let everyone know argentino have a No refund policy,?? not advised of this at time of purchase... prices on nomination charms not clearing marked!! why not?? can you haggle?? when everything else in the shop is clearly priced. have never been so embrassed in my entire life .. purchased 2 charms. not knowing these where £45 each and nearly passed out when i was told £90 for 2 little charms. as I had already changed my mind a few times on what charms to pick i felt that I was giving the sales assistant a bit to do. wasnt the most helpful anyway.. So I paid the £90. An hour after making my purchase I really didnt think the charms where worth the money I had paid. When I was expecting with charms to be sort of average price £20/£30. So back I went to get a refund and purchase 2 less expensive charms instead.. to be told I couldnt get a refund on the difference,( £54 )only a credit note. As this was there policy.. surely with any product you have the right to change your mind and be entitled to a full refund within 14days of purchase, and if your sales policy doesnt give you those rights you should be clearly informed of this at time of purchase. I didnt see any sign clearly stating no refunds. Purchase made in abbey center store. So please be aware of this if you are making a purchase.. I know of other store that operate a no refunds policy but this has always been made clear at time of purchase and maybe all sales staff should be trained according or a clear sign for customers to see!!

One ?? star at a push. Just find the staff here very unpleasant and not helpful at all. Would prefer to stand and chat to each other than serve the public.
