It is always a good choice to go to Timpson in Ballymena Tower Centre and be attended by Barry. I have had shoes repaired, keys cut, batteries replaced, and watches fixed. The latest being my favourite watch when I spent all day in the sea with it. Its never any bother for Barry. As I explained what happened he had taken the watch apart, asked me if I had any other shops to visit and told me to call back. Half an hour later my problem was all fixed. It is very satisfying to get quality items repaired. Every time I have got work completed by Barry, I am very impressed by his level of skill, the quality of his work and his speed and efficiency. I highly recommend the service. Thank You Barry.

A hugh thanks to Barry today. The strap to my dad's watch which I wear every day since his passing broke and luckily fell off me in the house. Was not sure where to go to get it fixed here in Ballymena so went to Timpsons and Barry said leave it with me a while. On returning he had it fixed at no charge! What a lovely person. I will definitely be letting others know about the great customer service here !
