“Absolutely amazing experience from the initial phone call through to visit. I spoke to Catherine on the phone on Wednesday afternoon, by the following morning she had the plans for our new build, when she rang and I missed the call she followed up with a text message to ensure i got the message. On arrival to the shop with two kids in tow, the Colouring pens and books where out and she cleared a space for the kids to be kept entertained whilst we had a good look around the store. Peter showed us everything and helped us pick out tiles for three bathrooms a kitchen and utility. Mid visit catherine checked in with us to see if the kids were allowed sweets! To find great customer service is one thing but to find someone like Catherine is on another level, thanks so much for all the help! Would highly recommend!!”
