*Forgot to add they rang claiming an outstanding payment was due 2 years after the bill was fully paid, know of one other person this has happened to, someone vulnerable could easily pay extra without realising? Hopefully just terrible accounting, but seems very odd*Would not recommend, underlay was ordered and not fitted, was told it couldn't be added since the carpets were cut too short and already down. Was also told "the carpets don't need underlay" leading to uncomfortable carpets which have also worn quickly and seem to be of low quality. No attempt was made to fix this issue when the company was made aware.

We had a carpet fitted in our bedroom. The carpet is good quality but the fitting was very poor. Under the radiator, the carpet has been cut too short and sits on top of the gripper rods rather than being tucked under the skirting board. The fitter initially came out to have a look at the carpet - he told me it couldn?t be stretched any further. His solution was to stick the carpet to the gripper rods with spray adhesive. To me this was not acceptable so I called back and a manager came out to have a look at the carpet. He said he saw no reason why the carpet COULDN?T be stretched and he would arrange for the fitter to come back. This has never happened - I have called numerous times, spoke to several people including the fitter, left work early on 3 occasions to meet the fitter who never turned up, and have generally just been fobbed off for over a year trying to get the issue sorted. Really disappointing experience. I would not use this company again nor would I recommend to anyone to use.
