They may as well Google every item in the shop and change the name to life-line antiques. The item was priced with a tag, not individually yet when I went to pay they looked it up on their phones and changed the price to a unaffordable amount. I only buy used items because I like to help charities. I think they have lost the true meaning of charity unfortunately.Response: Not individually tagged they were all in one box as it was a set. The lady even noted this. I am just pointing out this is for charity and while you want to get money for a good cause it is also , a place people with not much money can buy nice things they otherwise can?t afford.

i was in here today and all i can say is im disappointed. i walked into the shop with my mum and this lady was being nice. as soon as she heard me speaking to my mum in my own language she started staring me down like i done something wrong. i looked at a pair of earrings and sat them in a different spot because a man was in my way. i walked around and the lady continued to analyse me as if i stole the earrings. which made me feel uncomfortable. ive never stolen before. i was leaving the shop and she stopped me saying ?where are the earrings ? i said ?they?re on the box over there? and didn?t even apologise. im never going back in there. learn that not every foreign person steals.
