Absolutely amazing experience from the initial phone call through to visit. I spoke to Catherine on the phone on Wednesday afternoon, by the following morning she had the plans for our new build, when she rang and I missed the call she followed up with a text message to ensure i got the message. On arrival to the shop with two kids in tow, the Colouring pens and books where out and she cleared a space for the kids to be kept entertained whilst we had a good look around the store. Peter showed us everything and helped us pick out tiles for three bathrooms a kitchen and utility. Mid visit catherine checked in with us to see if the kids were allowed sweets! To find great customer service is one thing but to find someone like Catherine is on another level, thanks so much for all the help! Would highly recommend!!

Ordered tiles, grout, adhesive and bathroom suite from Just tiles. All products very good quality. Slight issue with charging and delivery, but, these were sorted out over the phone very quickly and efficiently by the staff without and hassles. No issues and pleased with finished product. Thanks Peter, James, Katherine and Mark.

Travelled 3 and a half hours to order the sanitary ware for our new build as Just Tiles had great offers online but we're nervous about ordering online as had noone to recommend. It was definitely worth the trip, excellent service and Mark who works there couldn't have been more helpful. They held stock for us until we were ready for it and no hassle organising the delivery when time was right. If you are ordering over 500e worth of stock there is free delivery to the Republic of Ireland. If you are thinking if ordering online don't hesitate, they are very trustworthy.

Great place, with so many ideas around the place and helpful gentlemen to sort things out for you, with advice if required but not forced on you. This is the second time we gave purchased goods from this store and would return if we ever moved
