My elderly grandmother was accused of wearing the clothes when they weren’t worn , they gave her the wrong receipt and then told her she doesn’t have the correct receipt, how can she wear clothes than she is returning for being too small, she is very annoyed by the rude staff accusing her wrongly,

Took my elderly mother here on her rotator.
