We visited your Ballymena store, late on a Friday afternoon, the two staff greeted us warmly, Megan and her colleague, sorry i didn't catch his name, proceeded to help us choose items for our newly renovated bathrooms. Megan couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable, we will certainly be back and will recommend your store to others.

Staff at Bath Shack were really helpful. I wanted to purchase a bathroom bundle but also wanted a few adjustments they were great and sorted it all out. They then made sure I was aware of all the adons and advised what was essential based on my plans. They then applied a published discount on top of the bundle savings. Great staff that listen and respond with politeness and expertise. Many Thanks

Excellent service!The staff were amazing, knowledgeable, and very helpful. We really were unsure if we would be able to get what we needed after being belittled in another tile shop in Ballymena, but the Bathshack team sorted out everything we needed, very quickly.
