Had to visit Northern Ireland for 2 appointments. One in BallyClare and finished at lunch time. Went here for something to eat. Soup of the day Vegetables broth was fantastic, also had baked potato and tea. 10/10 for service and food. Speaking away to other customers. Something I never get to do too often in England. The Northern Irish atmosphere and good food is always great

Always enjoy great food and service with a lovely gift shop in the back. Plenty of variety to choose from on the menu and the staff are all very polite and nothing is too much trouble.Parking: There are a few spots to park on the street and outside the shop, with a 1hr limit, but there is plenty of parking nearby with a short walk, or directly across the road there is paid parking available in front of the town hall.

lways amazing service at Pots. It?s taken me a bit of time to get round to writing this review but feel compelled to do so. I cannot more highly recommend this establishment for a visit. The service is second to none, food is beautiful with large portions and fresh ingredients. But it is the general atmosphere and banter that makes it stand out. I think this comes from the owners. I came in a week after giving birth, everything had taken longer than I expected, leaving the house, getting my daughter and newborn in the car, out of the car, walking to the cafe. By the time I managed to get there it was after 2.30 and lunch had stopped being served. I had a look at the cakes and tea / coffee menu and felt so hungry for a meal. Mark the wonder came to my table, took one look at me (totally exhausted, sleep deprived and hungry) and said ?forget the time and order whatever it is you need to and we will sort it out?. As a post partum Mum so sleep deprived and exhausted, emotional and running on empty I can?t tell you how much this meant to me. I felt seen and cared for which is way WAY over and above the call of duty for any restaurant. I ordered a salad which was beautiful, fresh and appetising. My daughter was treated to a gorgeous slice of chocolate cake (which was so big I got some too!) and a hot chocolate. There are not many places left who would treat you with such care and compassion as Rosemary and Mark did on my visit. They even kindly held my baby so I got the privilege of eating a meal with two hands! All in all yhe most caring experience I have had when I was out with a newborn (and I have had three) I really felt understood and looked after which was special and so very much appreciated.

I recently enjoyed a fantastic lunch at Pots of Pleasure and the experience was nothing short of delightful. From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance was warm, and the service was impeccable. The menu offered a diverse range of delectable options, and each bite was a burst of flavours, leaving a lasting impression. To add to the joy of the day, I picked up a present from the shop, and the meticulous gift-wrapping caught my eye. The attention to detail in the wrapping was as impressive as the diverse selection of items in the store. It turned a simple purchase into a special moment, and the recipient was genuinely thrilled. In conclusion, the fantastic lunch at Pots of Pleasure and the beautifully wrapped present from the shop made for a memorable day. Whether you're looking for a culinary treat or a thoughtful gift, this experience is a testament to the exceptional quality and care that both the cafe and the shop bring to their offerings. Highly recommended for those seeking a perfect blend of culinary delights and thoughtful surprises. Thank you Mark, your café is one of the best I've ever been to.

Always delicious food in Pots of Pleasure. Whether it's for breakfast morning coffee lunch or afternoon coffee Pots is definitely the best coffee shop in Ballyclare. I would highly recommend you ring to get a table booked because it's a very busy and popular coffee shop. Staff very friendly and helpful and always have a wander round the gift shop at the back of the Coffee shop. Beautiful gifts for all occasions and beautifully wrapped up too. Mark's a real gentleman.Vegetarian options: Too many to listDietary restrictions: The staff will always ask the customers about their Dietary needs and if you have any food allergies.
