This bank is open to the public just 30 hours/week.(10am - 4pm 5 x days/week) I have no idea why they can't open at 9am like a proper business. I'm sure all the staff avail of local supermarkets which open 75+ hours/week, with a bit of creativity , and the pandemic is long over, a 9am opening can't be beyond them...

Im living in Scotland every time I try to purchase anything on line I'm sent a code I'm fuming that this code comes hours later, by that time I have to start my order over again, and the code doesn't work. I try to get another code and the same happens again Not a happy customer time I changed Banks.
