Called them because our usual guy was so busy coming up to Christmas. Wee fella charged us 60 pound call out fee.. to stick a screw driver in boiler and shake it around. Told us it was because of a certain part. Had a feeling guy didn't know what he was talking about so waited for trusted plumber who was able to call out the next day. Our usual plumber fixed it on first call out. Was nothing to do with what the wee fella had said it was. If you get a wee fella that looks about 17 don't let him in ?

We were at our wits end this morning as we had no water coming from our taps my partner is pretty good at sorting problems within our house but he could not figure out this one. Trying to find a plumber asap because of our emergency was going to be impossible. We rang Robert and he said he would call and hopefully sort out the problem as soon as he finished the job he was doing. We found Robert a polite and professional young man. Thank you Robert for saving the day we got our water running again after finding a loose pressure joint under the floor.We would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
