Giving one star as there is no option for none. I placed an order to be delivered last night 8-30-9.30 had email at 8pm to say it was delivered, rang customer service as I hadn't received it and they assured me my delivery would arrive. 2nd call I was told it was 2 stops away and would arrive by 10.15pm 3rd call this morning apparently a problem with the delivery, I get that unforseen problems can happen, what I don't get is why no communication from the driver or store. I live in Belfast and don't know why my deliveries have to come from Ballyclare, I have since put the order through again for tomorrow so hoping it arrives and my whole order is complete. A little communication goes a long way Asda!

Self service assistant not very helpful. They would need to smile and say hello

Went in around 9.15 ..did quite big shop unaware that the tills were not open only the self service tills which I normally do not use on principle that they reduce jobs. It is a horrendous slow process for me...and a lady called Mildred very kindly helped me put my shop through. She also listened to me rant and I apologise for that....

Not as good as the Larne store. Many years ago I worked in supermarket design and layout. My father designed one of the first supermarkets in the UK after research in Germany. He went on to design many more supermarkets and hypermarket over a period of 20 years, across the UK.I just find the new layout to be nonsensical and illogical. For instance what is the marketing logic in having refrigerated food at one end of the store and frozen food at the opposite end.If this type of layout is rolled out countrywide I shall have to reconsider my previously high opinion of Asda. Get a grip and change direction.

We decided to try the collection lockers at Asda and it was terrible. We arrived on time only to find out the code to lockers doesn?t work leaving lots of people waiting , the people that were waiting have also previously asked for assistance and nobody showed up, finally after waiting someone came with everyones shopping which was all mixed up making everyone have to search for everything they ordered.

Hi I purchased two packs of trifle sponges the week before Easter and when I went to use them I found they were way out of date. On Monday I checked if they had any more in date but was very disappointed to find that they still had the same out of date ones that I first bought. I mentioned this to the lady at the checkout and said I had bought two and would have brought them back but I didn?t have the receipt, her answer to me was that they probably wouldn?t change them as I could have had them in my store cupboard! Basically I was a lair! Believe you me I have no need to lie over two packets of sponges at £1.20 each!

Cashier did not scan my app even though I asked her to so I did not receive any points for a star product I got in store. Disappointed

i was shopping late at night with my family of six hoping to be able to purchase a crate of beer. while approaching the checkout i was stopped by an employee named Cathy. she implied that i should show her my identification to prove i was over the legal age to purchase alchohol. i complied and reached for my wallet when she suddenly screamed "HES GOT A GUN" and leaped at me with brute force, naturally i didnt budge as i am a 100kg beast of a human. but i felt very discomforted. so i chokeslammed her over the till and hit her with my signature move, the 'big momma.' this sent her into shock and was unresponsive to my questions.a while after i done this. a person who i suppose is the deli manager threw a fish across the store, striking me in the face. this angered me.i grabbed my spare brown trout located in my back pocked and retaliated. i emerged victorious and done a victory dance before being escorted out my none other than my old nemesis Cathy.im now getting apology cards every week by Cathy and if she stops providing. i will act again. mark my words asda. i will return...***MAKE SURE TO BUY MY MERCH IN THE LINK BELOW***

Took a walk down to here earlier this afternoon, my son wanted to get v-bucks for the new Fortnite battle pass. I had no issue with this as I wanted some myself too. After arriving I couldn't seem to find any Xbox gift vouchers so I approached the nearest employee , her name was "Cathy"( she was a 100kg+ beast of a human). I asked Cathy were to find Xbox gift vouchers she replied "over there," she rudely snapped at me. " where?" I asked.she sighed "follow me" she led me over to a rack full of gift cards, but on the way over she tripped me up."oh my goodness , I'm so sorry" she shriekedI had no words to reply with, just a sharp right hook to the jaw. This attack provoked her to kick me and an innocent bystander got involved . Despite the overpowering numbers I came out victorious in this confrontation.Overall a terrible experience , I was assaulted by employees and customers but I am now receiving weekly apologies from Cathy and if these stop I will retaliate with a greater force than previously.

This is my local Asda so I would in the recent past have been in and out regularly, less so nowadays because I?ve found the range of products to be quite limited. Also, you are absolutely wasting your time to call in on a Monday as the place is always wiped, especially the chilled, meat, produce and bread sections- empty spaces and shelves everywhere. This isn?t a one-off occurrence either, it?s every week. I?ve found the staff to be friendly and helpful and there are usually plenty of car parking spaces.

Staff in this store do a fantastic job. Unfortunately, the store itself is totally inadequate for the size of the town with shelves often sitting empty.

Not what I'd hoped for a superstore. It has a good variety of things & you can get bargains. The isiles are always cluttered with unpacked boxes etc & I struggled to fit my baby's small buggy through the checkout as they are so close together it is very tight. Disabled parking was good & it's easy to find.
