I've been going in for a while now and staff are always friendly and if they haven't got what you want the can point you in the right direction.Today however Shannon and Tanya went above and beyond with my vinted parcel. Makeing sure I got it sent safely and did not have to go home and come back again. Thank you again Ladies for your help and patience ?

worst shop in Ballycastle, worst customer service
Manager and staff don't listen to customers and how they wish to be served.
paying for service they are supposed to provide, when you don't use a self checkout then you the customer becomes the problem.
won't be back in the door of shop hope the place closes

OMG SO HELPFUL!!!!Had a meltdown this am, I had to return a parcel via CollectPlus but did not have a printer. No problem take to Spar and will print at till. My mistake gave wrong details from phone. The manager (Bronagh) appeared NO PROBLEM email me the label and I will print it out for you. SERIOUSLY cannot praise this store and the staff enough, so helpful and kind.Last weeks crisis I needed a large gas bottle delivered and again NO PROBLEM another manager (Tim) arrived who helped to deliver and sort out the gas for me.I probably sound like I have shares in the store now and getting to know the staff by name. Lol. BIG THANKS TO ALL OF YOU, YOU ARE DOING AM AMAZING JOB. ????
