Now this is a proper chippy. nicest cod and chips I’ve had in a long time, we were warned when we ordered that the wait time was long (about 40mins) as we hadn’t phoned ahead and it was a busy Friday night but it was absolutely worth the wait and I can see why it was so busy. The food was very disappointing, the chicken burger did not come with any salad. Sauce. I returned and ask for some. They tried to charge me an extra pound. I queried this and it was returned.
