I got sent 2 bouquets over two different periods. They were simply awful. Very poor quality, lasted 6 days when l know myself they should last weeks. Awful at its worst.

Fantastic and friendly service, I made a mistake and arranged wrong day delivery and called them to see if they could help. They went above and beyond and arranged same day delivery within an hour of calling them. Amazing, couldn't rate them highly enough.

Ordered a large carnation germini teardrop arrangement on behalf of my cousin for a funeral. Description states it's 75cm long and 45 cms wide in the shape of a teardrop (as per name). A completely different shape. Maximum 45cm long. 20cms wide. Looked nothing like the photo on website,; have images to compare. False product description and very disappointing. Guess since I ordered on-line and didn't collect myself they thought I'd be none the wiser.

I CANT FAULT THIS COMPANY , I CALLED WITH A SMALL FAMILY EMERGENCY AND THE STAFF WENT FAR MORE THAN THE EXTRA MILE TO HELP, IF ALL OF THEIR CUSTOMERS GET AS WELL LOOKED AFTER AS MY FAMILY DID, THEY WOULD BE WELL BLESSED, MANY THANKS TO ALL OF YOU

Beautiful shop and all very well set out. Staff are very friendly asked if they could help and knowledgeable about the products they sell. I bought a few bits but will be back for more for sure! Pleasure doing business!

The flowers look lovely but unfortunately the staff are not. I have been three times and every single time staff have been rude and treated me like I was going to steal from them. I get that the shop is small however the way the staff scowl and follow you about is very uncomfortable and aggressive. Once time I just wanted to pop in and buy some of the lovely succulents that were on display as a gift for a friend and the woman at the counter made it very clear that I was not welcome to purchase anything and that I was to leave as soon as possible. I have never been treated like this in my entire life at any shop before and am disgusted. I have put off reviewing here for ages since I do not like leaving bad reviews however I feel like I must be honest and share my terrible experience at this shop. There are other flower shops in Armagh and I would urge anyone reading this to give them their business instead.Edit: There is no way to explain away this, nor excuse the behaviour of your staff. Having worked in shops before I know the difference between checking in on a customer and tailing them in case they high tail it with stock. I am literally the least intimidating person that I have ever seen and was quite young when I last went, perhaps that is why your staff decided to behave this way as some sort of peculiar power trip.My advice to customers is still to avoid this shop and give your business elsewhere. There are other shops in Armagh that provide lovely arrangements and just outside Armagh there?s a multitude of garden centres too.

Kind and considerate - fantastic customer service! We ordered flowers online for next day delivery. The lovely team at Flower Bowl International called and asked if we wanted it delivered the same day! It was a difficult time for the family and the extra consideration went a long way - thankyou!

Lovely flower shop. When my wife and I go home, I was born in Armagh. We call here to buy a few arrangements of flowers for my parents and a good friends grave. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful flower shop, with very talented florists and welcoming staff, they created a stunning pink mix for my friends birthday and I was very happy with it as was she, and they kept for ages! Will definitely be back

Flower Bowl International Armagh is a trustworthy, reliable florists. I've ordered flowers for delivery a few times from them and find such bouquets beautifully presented and delivered as requested. In addition staff are superbly helpful and pleasant. They also sell Christmas trees, decorations and ornaments coming up to Christmas plus a fantastic range of soybean, clean burning, scented candles. I'm personally not a fan of getting a bunch of flowers as a gift as I would prefer a potted plant that lives for ages. But others love receiving flowers, thus I would strongly recommend this florists.
