Needed a dishwasher. Emailed dalzells with an enquiry and was responded to straight away. Ordered over the phone and the machine was delivered as promised and by a very professional and friendly driver. Couldn't ask for more and very competitively priced.

I recently bought a dishwasher - it was delivered very quickly without any issue. There was a problem registering the appliance for warranty; Dalzell's were super - great communication with a 'can do' attitude. Customer service was impressive and they were quick to sort out any snags. I will buy from Dalzell's again without hesitation.

Purchased my complete new kitchen appliances. Service was second to none. All items were held untill ready for installation. Staff brilliant, couldn't be more helpful. Have since purchased pot belly stove and accessories and will continue to shop at such a brilliant store.

Just visited with my in-laws who live locally to buy a new rechargeable vacuum. Young man in the shop could not have been more helpful. When the ones on display weren?t suitable due to the weight and emptying systems he was off into the warehouse to find a more suitable item. Great service, great price. Thanks.

Always have what you need or suitable alternative. We purchased our range cooker and dishwasher from here for our new kitchen. Even got a handful of other kitchen appliances while we were there as prices were more competitive that national high street company.
