Spoke with a lady about a faulty bag on the phone from the antrim store and was advised to call into store.
I Called in and was met with a gentleman worker from the store.
When I explained the issue he said ? well it looks like it was just misused? with a terrible attitude without looking up at me and examining the inside.
Bear in mind it was used for less than one month as a school bag and the side pockets where falling apart and the inside dividers where separating from the seams from the bag. This bag was used for less than one month and instead of an apology I was met with an extremely condescending attitude. I won?t be back in fear of another faulty product and having to explain myself/ feel like I?ve done something wrong when expecting the bare minimum.

I love buying products for my travels. Recently I purchased DLX shoes for work from that shop. Unfortunately my shoes were defective but the return procedure was easy. I was lucky I kept the box otherwise it's the products can't be returned. Anyway I exchange for similar shoes.I work in healthcare and those shoes are very comfortable.

Great service tonight from Richard in the Antrim branch. Nothing too much bother as he tried to track down a particular item for us. Some great bargins to be had and cheaper than shopping online.
