Large Tesco Extra Supermarket situated off Antrims Castle Way. Multiple ground floor food aisles, also alcohol, toiletries, books, magazines, Bureau de Change and Lotto counters. On upper floor, clothes, electrical goods, kitchen ware, cards, toys, cafe, toilets and Tesco Mobile phone shop. Seemingly always busy, expect long queues at the check outs at times. Large free carpark with disabled bays. ATM on site.

Having shopped in Tesco for years I decided to go to Antrim extra store. Never will return to this particular store. Staff rude, completely unhelpful and the store was dirty. There were shampoo products in the dairy fridges. Wrappers and gum also stuck to the fridges. Date rotation was also awful products where also not where they should have been. I approached a member of staff asking where a product was and all I got was ?I don?t know? not even trying to help or saying sorry. Manners cost nothing.

I have been shopping in Tesco Antrim since it took over Stewarts, long time ago...
I used to enjoy shopping in Tesco Antrim but in the last year or so it has deteriorated so so much..
The stock is low and usual products are very limited but that's not the worst , the staff have changed and the new staff are mainly diabolical, I totally believe they have been trained to ignore customers and when contacted are in the main not one bit interested in service.
In the evenings for months now the staff will walk away and totally be unresponsive to any requests.
Going to ASDA much better ...

Me and my two cousins went in and my cousin wanted in the trolley so we let her tried to go upstairs was screamed at and then went up the lift and was followed about by a security guard and then we were rushed out

It's a tesco superstore. On ground and first floor levels. First floor can be accessed via a lift or revolving moving floor. First floor covers home, womens, men's children's clothing. Stationary also available. Has cafe on this floor with toilets. Bureau de change. Wide range of food products and bakery. Alcohol also sold
