This place really needs a good regular clean? the tables are always sticky, dirty, covered with crumbs and empty cups sitting around and not being cleared promptly, bins full, toilet dirty.. Such a shame as location is great and drinks, when eventually served, (as it can take a while) are decent enough. Also.. Desperately low on gluten free options of any kind.

Coffee great as always, but the staff were lovely and friendly. This is a lovely location too.

Every single table was filthy, sat here feeding baby and had a coffee. Not 1 table cleaned in 30mins

Pleasant staff and very efficient service as you would expect from Starbucks.
The Starbucks brand coffee certainly isn't bad tasting but its nowhere close to the best tasting coffee out there.
I would like to see alot more vegan options to eat, especially in the tray bakes or croissants. Starbucks has a long way to go in their plant-based offerings compared to some of their local independent competitors.
Overall though they provide a decent atmosphere for those those like the global chain type of brand.

I went yesterday evening. Friendly service, quickly made, got a cup sleeve, mocha was perfect temperature & tasted great.

Place is always filthy!!! Milk never filled. Tired of them getting order wrong. Bad need of a good clean and rid of the undesirables using it to lie about!!!!!become a shelter for homeless not a good look

Visit Starbucks often but yesterday 22/4/24 visited Cornmarket branch for a coffee and carrot cake. Coffee was good, cake was good but the thing that was outstanding was the server. Cassidy was welcoming fun, good sense of humour and for the first time a sever who interacted well with us, really made the difference in the visit

Spent the last few days of 2023 in Belfast. Saturday after spending time shopping in the Victoria Centre we were walking up Castle Lane and felt like a coffee, spotted Starbucks and as they had seating available we went in and had two well earned Americanos. After the rest and the coffee we continued on our way. Good coffee as always.
