So disappointed. I?m a big fan of Starbucks but today I ordered an espresso Frappuccino which when I eventually got it was just a coffee milk shake. My husband ordered a caramel macchiato and he had difficulty finding any caramel. The young lady who made them was so slow and totally disinterested in her job. Won?t be back here.

Drove from Ballymena as my daughter wanted a particular drink and it was out of normal hours and the drive thru was the only outlet open.
My wife also got a drink that she had previously purchased at another Starbucks.
Well what a complete disaster from start to finish.
Order was rushed to begin with. Wouldn?t let my daughter speak before talking over her, without a please or thank you.
When we got to the pay/collection window, we were ignored until they were ready to take payment, (there was at least 4 members of staff present), at this point we weren?t welcomed, just the order repeated and a price given, again no please or thank you.
My change was literally thrown at me and again no interaction.
When drinks were ready, they again were practically thrown at me and no conversation once again. No order labels were attached to any of the drinks so I have no information of who we dealt with.
My daughter?s drink was ok but my wife?s was in her words tasteless.
I understand that it was 30 minutes before they closed and they may have had a busy day but there is no excuses for the way we were treated.
Starbucks is an international brand and has a reputation for providing a customer service experience but on this occasion they have failed.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Starbucks
I am truly shocked and disappointed by the appalling experience I had at this Starbucks location. The level of hygiene was far below any acceptable standard?particularly the state of the toilets, which were in a deplorable condition. They were dirty, poorly maintained, and gave the impression of complete neglect, more akin to a cattle yard than a café frequented by customers.
The service was equally subpar disinterested staff, lack of attention, and an overall atmosphere that was anything but welcoming. It?s disheartening to witness such a decline in quality from a globally recognised brand that prides itself on customer experience.
I urge the management or franchise owner to take immediate and serious action. This level of service and cleanliness not only tarnishes the Starbucks brand but also shows a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and basic hygiene standards.

Entered close to closing time. The staff were extremely polite when informing us of the time issue. But very friendly.

Got an iced matcha. There was no drink was suds and ice and was absolutely disgusting also paid for vanilla and there was none. Cost me £5.15 as well. Won?t be back

I haven't been to such a dirty place for a long time. It's a shame that despite their reputation - they don't care about tidiness. The seats look like someone regularly peed on them. One thing is for sure, we will never come back here.

Ordered an oat milk latte and was given either whole milk or semi skimmed. This location doesn?t have a number to contact which is extremely inconvenient.
I won?t be able to drink this and therefore have wasted £4.

Your barista Joel needs training in customer service, went through the drive thru, wouldn't even let me finish speaking before interrupting me, no queue so what was I being rushed for? Got to the window, snatched the cash out of my hand, no thank you, nothing. Rushed me to grab the drinks. Could maybe understand service like this if you're having a bad day but when you're happily chuckling with your coworkers that's clearly not the problem. Absolute joke.
