Great experience from start to finish! Made feel very welcome, easy and quick to set up my appointments. Got both sets of new glasses within a week, abd my prescription usually takes longer. The opticians there always go above and beyond, really a 5 star experience, I've been going to Antrim Castle Mall Specsavers for a food few years now, and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

One of the best decisions I made was changing from a private opticians to Specsavers (Antrim, Castle Mall), after having trouble finding the correct contact lens prescription for my eyes. One of the specialists (I believe to be known as Morgan) was able to find the correct prescription for me eyes immediately, which was such a relief after countless times going back and forth from my previous opticians for contact lenses. The team are all very friendly and welcoming and I will be sticking with them :) !

I am very pleased and impressed with the professionalism and expertise at Antrim Specsavers. I have been using the audiology service for some time and recently decided to have my eyes tested and to buy new spectacles there as well. I now have 3 pairs of glasses: varifocals for everyday use, reading glasses for long spells of reading and intermediates for reading music scores when playing from a music stand. All are working perfectly and minor adjustments to the legs for a better fit have been dealt with immediately in a friendly and competent manner.
