Most hateful ignorant staff. Rude and refuse to answer any question. Use foul language to and about customers. Continually refused receipts while being deliberately over charged.The manager is the worst. I'm constantly being made fun off because I'm disabled. The customer service does nothing. Useless company.

Messy & over price. Can get same thing for less in other shop & will last longer.sale make you think that get good deal and it cheap somewhere else. Sell frizzy drink month out of date (on sale) for same price has buy in other shopWalk pass it woman on till look like she was tried not very warm welcome feeling to it

I was in poundstretcher today in Antrim and the way I was woken to by the staff and the attitude of the manager was disgraceful! I have a service dog and I was accosted by one of the staff shouting at me that I couldn?t bring a dog into the shop. I explained he was a service dog which is clearly visible on his coat then she said well I coukdnt see it coukd I. I asked for the manager and she then appeared and tried to deflect my complaint about the staff member by basically siding with her. She then tried to pet my dog and I had to tell her do t as he is working! This retail shop is a disgrace I?ve never been spoken to by people in a shop like that in my life they should not be in retail it was just a joke to them!

Bright and clean. Plenty of stock and all reasonably priced. Checkout was quick with a pleasant member of staff.

Poorly stocked. Be careful in this store with sell by dates on food. They have hiked up prices to. Not a wheelchair friendly place.
