Took back battery that where unopened. Woman on till was rude had to call down her manager to see if refund was allowed but was very rude on headset in front of me .said they clearly open and used.she has just but it back in .very unprofessional of her.she lucky the manager was really nice.or would of but fully completed in about Woman on till

Lovely store, great products at fantastic prices..BUT, 1 off your staff are ignorant..stood at checkout socially distancing , went to put my items on belt and she said, im closing...i said iv been standing here for ages and her response was...NOT MY PROBLEM.....now in most shops you get a bit off notice that they are closing..or a sorry im closing, no christmas spirit with her... the other staff member was a lovely lady ..wont be back

Terrible experience, today a member of staff followed me and my cousins around the store simply because of our skin tone its embarrassing the way people still act nowadays and judge you by the way you , and elderly couple made racist comments about how we didn't have a mask , we didn't use a mask because of our health condition me myself I have hasthma and struggle breathing I hope for better experience in the future .
