“The post office in parkhall is now located withing the supermarket and not as a standalone unit. I feel this has just made the place even better. The post office offers all the services that you would expect from the postoffice but it is great that the post office is well located for the older members of the community to allow them to use the facilities as well. The post office has just survived a closure threat and deserves the respect of its customers. The staff in the post office are really friendly and are never too busy to help when needed.”

“Great call centre staff, couldn't do enough for me as I had to redirect my deliveries as my neighbour opposite was stealing them. So only out of pocket about £170. It would of been well over another £300 if I didn't get the help from the Royal Mail and my first grandchild thanks them too as he has most of the stuff I ordered him. Big Thank You for your extremely helpful employees!! ❤️”
