Food-Was quite nice but not amazing or worth the money. Portion sizes too small. We were all still hungry after out meals. 2 adults and a 7 year old. My husband?s burger bun was like a sour dough roll type thing and it was too hard and he didn?t enjoy that. Value-£47 for 2 adult meals and 1 kids meal (+3 drinks.) Considering the small portion sizes it was def not worth that! Kids meals were not too badly priced but i would advise an adult meal for kids with good appetites-like 8 plus depending on child. Service-Staff were pleasant. Given a 20 minute wait for a table. Went away for 20 minutes, came back, table was ready-so that was good. Obviously popular enough as busy, full restaurant and lots of people waiting for a table. However there are not that many restaurants around other than fast food. Option to order food via Nando?s app or via Nando?s website. Rather than wasting time downloading app (as all of us hungry) i went straight to the website. Needed to create an account etc before ordering food. I decided it would be much quicker to order up at the till. Which was very straight forward. At least 20 minute wait time for food-fair enough as busy and a weekend. Not the done thing here to check and see how your food is..or perhaps too busy/short staffed. Cleanliness- Not impressed. Floor was sticky under foot and very dirty! Not getting cleaned properly at all! High chair for our toddler didn?t look clean. Table a bit sticky too. We did observe floor getting a quick brush up around each table as people left but this was not very effective. Toilets were clean enough. Carpeted entrance between 2 double doors looked like it hadn?t been hoovered in months!

Deadly slow 40 mins to get a chicken burger from point of ordering to it being served . The room was about a Fifth full with very little take outs . Chips were stone cold and no staff checked our table or reappeared. At one stage no staff member was in the dining room, or in the kitchen. This place is no showcase for the Nando?s brand . Too many junior staff and no senior leading. It will be a long time before I darken their door.

Took 45 minutes to get our meal which was ordered via the app, 4 of us dinning, 3 x thigh meals and a pitta....\\n\\nEvery other table that sat down after us got served before us. Had to ask staff about our order and there was no care or apology for the length of time.\\n\\nAir conditioning made the restaurant cold which didn't help the experience.\\n\\nIt's not the usual service we have come to expect.

Oh dear! We went for a family meal, my brother in law ordered for his family and I ordered for mine, at the same time at the same table. There?s arrived and was just about finished before we even got ours! Now, we only got ours because I had to ask if anyone was going to be serving the food building up on the hot counter. The manager was happy to stand and watch the mess building up in front of here eyes! When the food arrived it was cold, rather than apologise, the manage took it upon herself to act hard done by? Not a hint of an apology from her. A completely disappointing meal, £75 I should have spent elsewhere!

This Nando restaurant was clean, tidy with very professional staff. Food was good and as expected in a Nandos. On the evening in question the restaurant was very busy but still the service was quick and very accurate.

Easily the best Nando's I've experienced. Food is always freshly cooked, tasty and plentiful. Service is first class and this establishment is exceptionally well run. Big shout out to Tina who is always super friendly and accommodating for families. Already looking forward to a return visit.

Really lovely place, good price for two, three course meals. The food was really beautiful and were good sized portions as well. Free refils on soft drinks was very nice too. The atmostphere was quite nice and the staff were all great and very helpful! Definetly visiting again.

As a passionate nandos eater and having visited well over 100 stores across England, Scotland and Northern Ireland I can safely this is the worst nandos I?ve ever visited. We waited nearly 40 mins for our food and it hasn?t just been on this occasion either as we have eaten there twice now. I could understand if it was super busy but it wasn?t so there?s no excuse. Definitely will not be returning.

Now ordering from a QR code on the app which means it's safer from covid and other flu etc which I guess is good but not great from a customer service point of view. Seemed as if this was the only option today, not offered for them to take the order or warn of any items that were out of stock today. No Wings at all, only half the starters available, no sauce with the houmous and when we asked (we had to ask where it was as nobody apologised they didn't have it today when it was delivered to the table) she just said "oh we haven't got any left" and walked away. We probably would have ordered something different if we had known... the food we actually had wasn't bad, just mainly the experience and poor customer care and service and definitely feel we should have been told if there were supply issues which there seemed to be with most of the dishes today

Superb service, I've been to late of Nandos around the world and this by far surpasses by the level of customer service it offers. All the staff were very helpful, friendly and made me feel welcome while waiting for my takeaway. Keep up the good work.

Always a great place to treat the family. A wide variety of options and cooked to the highest standard. Always full of flavour and well presented. Staff always really helpful and friendly. Wait times are often very reasonable also.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options were freely available.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of space and privacy for families with children, including buggies and bags. Bottomless frozen yoghurt often a good novelty at dessert time.Parking: Plenty of space directly in front of the premises. Depending on the timings of the cinema, these can occasionally be taken up by cinema goers.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access was availableDietary restrictions: Opportunity to add or remove dressings as required. Vegan and dairy free options were freely available.

Got chicken thighs and wings. Most of them were overcooked (Burnt skin to the extent of causing bitterness). Don?t actually know how to put it into your mouth. This is probably my 20th time to Nando?s. Was in Abbey centre last time. It was as bad. But there was not much choice around this place so thought we would give it another go. 100% wrong decision. Nando's in the heart of Antrim, though not very large, yet it's spacious and cozy. May have to wait for sometime to get a table (had to wait for about 20 minutes in my case) but the wait turns out to be worth it. Soft and juicy chicken in periperi sauce, never disappoints!Parking: Free parking available inside the parking lot of Junction 1.

The food & service in this restaurant is always great, staff is also very friendly. Been eating in & out of here a lot over the past few months & couldn?t recommend it enough. 5 stars every time!
